wayne’s story
Twenty-plus years of doing the unsexy parts well.
Wayne started building websites in the last 1990s, when the words “web designer” and “FTP” went hand in hand. He’s been deep in it ever since — running hosting accounts, registering domains, weiring up email, debugging the bits of infrastructure most people never see and rarely think about.
He started Tip Top Tech Solutions because the small-business web had drifted in a direction he didn’t love: five-figure agency invoices, dashboards full of upsells, six different vendors for what ought to be one bill. So we put the whole thing under one roof — design, build, host, secure, back up, update — at a flat monthly fee a regular small business can actually afford.
When you ring Tip Top, you reach Wayne. Not a queue, not a rep, not a chatbot. He picks up, looks up your account, and gets to work. That’s the whole support tree.

We scope and negotiate the build cost together. The number on the invoice is the number we agreed on. No surprises.
Answer the phone.
When you call, you get Wayne. The same person who built your site, hosts it, and updates it.
Bundle the necessities.
Hosting, SSL, backups, SEO, email — they belong on one bill. We bundle them so you don’t have to cobble it together yourself.
Bill a five-figure design fee up front.
Most small businesses can’t afford it and shouldn’t have to. The build fee starts at $150 for a reason.
Lock you into a contract.
Month-to-month after launch. We’d rather earn your renewal than trap you in one.
Upsell the necessities.
No “premium SSL”, no “advanced backups”. If it should be included, it’s included. End of story.
